Mr. Crum concentrates his civil litigation practice on representing individuals who have been injured in vehicle accidents including car, motorcycle and commercial truck and workers' compensation claimants who have been injured on the job, as well as individuals who have sustained personal injury through the fault of others arising from either premises or homeowner situations.
Our objective at the law office of Arthur C. Crum, Jr. is to represent the client to obtain all benefits and compensation the client is entitled to recover under the law. This representation includes preparing the case from the initial consultation and interview up to and including the resolution of the case through either trial, litigation, arbitration, mediation, settlement or a hearing before the Workers' Compensation Commission.
